At 406 Haylo, LLC, we care very strongly about our clients and are passionate about what we do. The founder of our caregiver agency, Catina Sanford, will take the first couple of weeks to personally spend time with a new client. She’ll talk with them, learning about their history, their personality, their likes and dislikes, and their wants and needs. After this, she’ll bring a caregiver on board, who she’ll personally train to make sure they understand who this client is as a person and how they can best assist them. This caregiver will stick with the client, allowing them to provide them with more personalized care.

In addition, we want to assure all our clients that they’ll never be without care; when we make a commitment, we stick to it. If, for whatever reason, your current caregiver can’t make it, we’ll make sure someone comes to take their place. We care deeply about both our employees and our clients, and we want to make sure that everyone involved is treated with the care and respect they deserve.
